Gratitude for who you are and all the good things that are happening in your life every day.

Be grateful

At this time you should be feeling happier, less stressed, open and grateful for all the work you have accomplished and all that you are experiencing. You have done all the work and this is going to help you to live a meaningful life. This is an easy step to add to your daily routine. You can do this first thing in the morning or last thing at night, you can write it down in your journal or just say it or think it. Aim for 10 things a day to be grateful for. This could be anything that happened during the day, people you met, something someone did for you, a special flower, or your daily walk. This is a way of being positive and seeing life as being positive and living in the now to appreciate your life in every minute. There is good out there, we just need to see and feel it and this step will do that for you. The more gratitude you have, the more you will receive.

And much more, your list will be your own.

What happened to you today that made you stop, smile, and laugh and be grateful for? Be grateful for even the little things in life, as all things are important. It could be small or big. This is your list. Do this everyday.


They help to change your mind and change certain habits that you have about your body, work, family, friends, and life in general. What is not right in your life right now, or that you want to see differently? If you are looking for love, then make a positive affirmation for that, “I am love.” You can do this for anything and you need to mean it and believe, that is why you need to repeat it all the time until you believe it 100%. What areas in your life do you want to change and make better. Set an affirmation and say it in front of the mirror until you truly believe it and feel it in your body. Start to see what happens in your life and begin to be aware of the little things that happen. You can make affirmations for your health, love, self-love, self-esteem, and much more. Pick something you want to change in your life and work with it for a while and see what happens.
